Atrium, a science-driven organization, is seeking a Lab Tech, R&D to join a fast-paced team. The role supports laboratory work, product development, and application activities by preparing, testing, evaluating, and applying ingredients and raw materials for designated projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or associate degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field, strong attention to detail, and a safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Relevant lab experience and familiarity with standard lab practices.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and evaluation of ingredients and raw materials per specifications.
• Prepare, label, and organize samples for testing and studies.
• Record observations and results with thorough documentation.
• Support formulation and product application work.
• Maintain laboratory records and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate findings to team and suggest process improvements.
