Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or higher, or a high school diploma/GED with 2+ years of lab experience.
• Experience in a laboratory setting preferred; recent grads with hands-on lab experience considered.
• Proficiency with Excel, formulas, and charts; ability to document and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test samples and operate lab equipment to evaluate materials and product modifications.
• Conduct testing on tape, film, adhesives and other materials, including tensile and shear properties.
• Record procedures, setups, observations, and results in electronic systems or templates.
