Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in an IVD/ISO regulated lab environment with strong safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day R&D lab operations, facility projects, and service tickets for stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement and inventory of lab supplies, reagents, and equipment.
• Direct maintenance, calibration, validation and repair of lab equipment using data to anticipate needs.
• Enforce lab safety protocols with SHE team to ensure compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and prepare performance/resource reports.
• Conduct regular lab inspections and audits to identify hazards or gaps.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for controlled temperature storage alarms and after-hours support.
