Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or related field.
• Five years of lead or supervisor experience; three years supervisory preferred.
• Knowledge of lab, services or field regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee schedules, services, results and related programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and institutional standards.
• Resolve escalated customer and operational issues.
• Manage department budget and resource allocation.
• Maintain currency with lab regulations and industry trends.
