Trident Seafoods is hiring a part of the Research & Development Center team in Seattle for a 32-hour work week, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, at Pier 91.

The R&D Kitchen Assistant will support Food Technologists with sample prep, product evaluations, and customer presentations, while maintaining clean, safe work areas. Responsibilities include preparing materials, packaging samples, and assisting with lab and kitchen operations.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret English safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports in English.
• MS Office proficiency and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Food Technologists with R&D projects and sample preparation.
• Prepare raw materials for samples and package R&D samples.
• Maintain clean, sanitary lab and kitchen areas.
• Support culinary team during customer presentations.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies.
