Job summary

Dow Inc. invites undergraduates and master's students to join our R&D internship program across multiple sites in North America.

You will support one or two projects, collaborate with research scientists, and gain hands-on experience solving chemical- and material-related problems through both fundamental and applied research. Ideal candidates are enrolled in relevant STEM programs, have strong problem-solving skills, and a safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a science/engineering field.
• Eligible to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Must be 18 years or older; minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support one or two R&D projects under supervision in Dow’s labs.
• Collaborate with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Contribute to product and process research through applied work.
