Job summary

Dow Inc. invites motivated undergraduates and master's students in STEM to join our Research and Development teams in the United States. You will support one or two R&D projects and partner with researchers to advance them to completion.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tackle chemical- and material-related challenges, spanning product, process, and application development, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Support one or two R&D projects in Dow's Research and Development organization.
• Collaborate with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Contribute to product, process, and application development through fundamental and applied research.
