Dow Inc. invites motivated undergraduates and master’s students to join its Research and Development internship program across North America. You will support one or two projects, collaborate with research scientists, and contribute to product and process development in a team setting.

This hands-on experience emphasizes problem solving, safety, and collaboration, with exposure to chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, and data science.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Data Science or related).
• Must be able to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support one or two R&D projects under supervision.
• Collaborate with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for product and process development.
