Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Hosting Infrastructure in R&D to serve as the operational partner for global labs. You will align central HI platform engineering with the R&D organizations, ensuring scalable, reliable infrastructure and service delivery across cohorts.

You will drive incidents, RCAs, and cost-aware health dashboards while promoting IaC, automated pipelines, and collaborative vendor management.

Qualifications

Experience in ITSM processes such as Incident/Problem/Change/Release management.
Ability to translate complex scientific needs into technical user stories.
Proven track record bridging research and IT infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

Bridge Science and Infrastructure: translate requirements into scalable IT capacity profiles and architectures.
Turn Prototypes into Paved Roads: transition custom R&D builds into global catalog templates and manage SLAs.
Champion Reliability & SRE: oversee incident triage, RCAs, SLIs/SLOs, and eliminate friction.
Orchestrate Delivery & Vendors: drive cross-functional delivery and MSP partnerships with SLAs and quality.
Advance Modern Operations: promote IaC, automated pipelines, and live telemetry dashboards.
