Qualifications

• Candidate must be working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Meat Science or Food Science; junior or senior status preferred.
• 3.5 minimum GPA strongly preferred.
• Relevant coursework in Meat Science or Food Science.
• Lab experience preferred.
• Prior work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Vision, Objective(s), Scope, and Deliverables.
• Plan project activities and develop timelines.
• Work on cross-functional teams and work independently.
• Assist in pilot plant trials and plant trials.
• Maintain accurate and complete work records such as a notebook and status reports.
• Share your ideas, questions, problems, and results with other team members.
