RTI Consulting, LLC seeks a seasoned program and financial analyst to support R&D funding execution at a DoD customer site in Springfield, VA. The role requires deep knowledge of FM regulations, FAR/DFARS, and experience with MIPRs, AF-9s, PRs, and related funding instruments.

Qualifications include a BA/BS or MA/MS in business/finance and 15+ years of relevant experience. This is a non-remote, three-year contract with active clearance and CI Polygraph readiness.

Qualificações

• Expertise in execution of R&D funding.
• Knowledge of FM Regulations, FAR, DFARS for RDT&E/O&M/PDW funding.
• Experience sending MIPRs, AF-9s, DoD PRs, or 7600s for funding execution.
• Experience drafting/ reviewing IGCEs, SOWs, DFs, etc.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in business, finance, or accounting required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide programmatic and financial support to R&D funding and budgeting.
• Assist PPE team, Technical Offices, and Pods with funding planning and execution.
• Forecast, track, and update commitments and expenditures for RDT&E and O&M funding.
• Generate ad hoc financial reports for presentations and reviews.
• Support formal budget reviews and documentation inputs into budget software.
