• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or financial management is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal program budget analysis, planning events, and detailed documentation packages.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Prepare budget testimony, briefing materials, and responses to inquiries from ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress.
• Conduct complex financial data analysis, identifying multi-year trends and generating detailed reports.
• Support fiscal execution spend plans and strategies for funding shortfalls.
