Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and data analysis to support CPIC, LCCE, and life cycle cost estimates.
• Develop multi-year strategic financial plans aligned with agency goals and funding profiles.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget justifications for program execution.
• Translate requirements into executable budgets compliant with OMB standards.
• Provide clear financial updates through reports and presentations to leadership.
