Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering fields.
• Interest in product development, manufacturing, testing, and hands-on engineering.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, mechanical systems, materials, and processes.
• Ability to analyze data and solve technical problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, prototyping, and testing of conductor products.
• Support product development projects involving cores, insulation, hardware, tooling, and equipment.
• Assist with laboratory and production testing (mechanical, thermal, electrical, dimensional).
• Prepare test samples, fixtures, and instrumentation for evaluations.
• Collect, organize, and analyze test data using Excel and other tools.
• Support engineering trials and document process parameters and results.
• Troubleshoot product, process, tooling, and equipment issues.
• Help design/modify fixtures, test setups, and prototype components.
• Create/update drawings, test procedures, BOMs, and technical reports.
• Conduct research on materials, processes, equipment, and standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and suppliers on prototypes.
• Document results and summarize findings for engineering review.
• Participate in meetings, reviews, testing activities, and continuous-improvement projects.
• Maintain organized records and project documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and lab/manufacturing safety requirements.
