Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science degree.
Strong academic record (3.5 GPA or above).
2–3 years in product development or manufacturing.
Mechanical or materials testing experience.
Willingness to travel to project sites for short durations.
Able to communicate with customers and partners.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team spirit and good analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication for cross-functional teams.
Ability to comprehend and follow directions.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of new products from concept to production release.
Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and documentation.
Plan and execute mechanical and materials testing for validation and qualification.
Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure producibility and cost-effectiveness.
Visit customer/partner sites to gather requirements and provide installation support.
Identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
