Job summary

ERMCO in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the R&D Engineering organization. You will partner with engineering leaders, manage employee relations, and drive performance and talent initiatives.

Onsite role with relocation support, offering a broad HR scope from investigations to workforce analytics. You will influence leadership decisions through data-driven insights while ensuring policy compliance and high employee engagement across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience with employee relations and coaching.
• Experience with HRIS and data-driven workforce insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner to engineering leaders, translating business needs into HR actions.
• Coach managers on attendance, performance, policy, feedback, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead or support investigations and ensure consistent documentation.
• Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
• Monitor staffing levels, turnover, and workforce indicators with leadership.
