Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and coordinate new development work within R&D.
• Track prototype and test materials through internal systems and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide on-site technical resource support for projects, guiding manufacturing and test execution.
• Identify and resolve immediate technical issues in manufacturing, test, or development environments.
• Escalate complex issues and drive interim solutions with clear communication.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, quality, regulatory, and marketing to align design intent with execution.
• Mentor other engineering staff.
• Contribute to invention disclosures and patent applications.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for concepts, designs, and processes.
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge related to product lines.
• Maintain timely reports and records.
