Job summary
Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate researchers for Early Career opportunities in R&D across multiple locations, including in North America. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with developments in relevant areas of technology.
Opportunities exist in process research, technical service and development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering. Candidates should have a qualifying degree in chemistry, engineering, or related fields,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Graduation date no later than September 2027.
- U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Optimize processes and applications and troubleshoot customer problems.
- Contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
