Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate researchers for its Early Career Program in Research & Development across multiple North American locations.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and align efforts with business and customer goals while staying current with relevant technology trends. You will help deploy new products, troubleshoot customer problems, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals within the R&D pathways including process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
