Job description

In this role, you will join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting, helping to make life science R&D organizations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality, and pharmacovigilance. You will support organizations in times of change, whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
• Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of needs and objectives, approach and solution, and the commercial construct to deliver projects
• Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
• Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
• Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, or through referrals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
• Experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry, or equivalent industry role
• Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
• Engagement management experience
• Strong presentation and business development skills

• Master’s degree in life sciences or business

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications and experience. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions or bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
