Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Groton, CT, USA is seeking a Full-time Technical Operations Support Technician to provide hands-on support for R&D laboratory operations. Responsibilities include equipment setup, material production support, cleaning and readiness, and coordination of maintenance and inspections.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with lab experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with vendors and EHS contacts.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain records.
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to support multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up R&D lab equipment for planned activities and support material production.
• Clean, turn over, and stage equipment and rooms daily.
• Provide first-line operational support for equipment uptime and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and service scheduling.
• Support capital projects, installations, relocations, and SAT/IQ/OQ readiness.
• Maintain inspections, audit readiness, and documentation.
