Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Technician in Groton, CT to provide hands-on support for R&D laboratory operations, focusing on equipment setup, material production support, cleaning, and room readiness.

The role helps maintain equipment uptime, coordinates preventive maintenance, and supports installations and project work to sustain a safe, inspection-ready laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with lab/manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on technical, laboratory, or equipment operations experience.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort working with vendors, facilities partners, and EHS contacts.

Responsibilities

• Set up R&D drug product laboratory equipment and support material production.
• Clean, turn over, and stage equipment and rooms to maintain readiness.
• Provide first-line operational support for equipment uptime and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and service scheduling.
• Support capital projects, installations, relocations, and SAT/IQ/OQ readiness.
• Maintain equipment records and documentation support.
• Assist with safety, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
