Job summary

Eurofins US Network in Groton, CT is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Technician to support R&D laboratory operations, focusing on equipment setup, material production support, cleaning, and keeping a safe, inspection-ready workplace.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, assist with installations and project work, maintain equipment records, and help ensure GMP-adjacent readiness while supporting EHS, inventory and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus lab or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on laboratory, manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment operations experience.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain records, and work safely in an R&D lab.
• Strong organization and communication to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up R&D drug product lab equipment and support material production.
• Clean, turn over, and stage equipment and rooms daily.
• Provide first-line operational support for uptime, troubleshooting, and user needs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, vendor escorts, service scheduling, and follow-up.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, relocations, SAT/IQ/OQ readiness as needed.
• Maintain equipment records and documentation for inspections and audits.
• Support EHS, inventory, spare parts tracking, and administrative tasks.
