Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Technical Operations Support Technician to provide hands-on support for R&D laboratory operations, focusing on equipment setup, material production support, and room readiness.

You will help maintain equipment availability, assist with preventive maintenance coordination, and support installations and project work in a safe, inspection-ready lab environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with experience in a scientific lab or manufacturing.
• Hands-on technical or equipment operations experience in a lab or GMP-adjacent setting.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records in an R&D environment.
• Strong organization and communication skills to support multiple priorities.
• Comfort guiding lab users, vendors, and EHS contacts.

Responsibilities

• Set up R&D drug product lab equipment and support material production.
• Clean, turn over, and stage equipment and rooms to maintain readiness.
• Provide first-line operational support for uptime and troubleshooting coordination.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and service scheduling.
• Support capital projects, installations, relocations, and IQ/OQ readiness.
• Maintain equipment records and documentation for inspections and audits.
• Support EHS actions, safety observations, and inventory management.
