Job summary

Infosoft Inc. is seeking a Scientific Data Coordinator to oversee R&D data management, formula-change activities, and the migration of formula and raw-material documentation to our platform.

You will coordinate across Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience teams and manage incoming samples to support timely project delivery. Responsibilities include communicating formula changes, organizing documentation, and collaborating with raw-material suppliers to obtain necessary materials.

Qualifications

• BS in Formulation Science, Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology/Biomedical Science, Sensory Science, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering/Operations, or Product Development/Product Management with a science or technical background.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail in data collection and documentation.
• Effective communication to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Basic understanding of product testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, project management software).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate formula-change activities and track progress across initiatives.
• Manage incoming samples and support sensory evaluations.

• Communicate formula changes across the organization and provide status updates.
• Work with Data Management to organize and maintain formula-change information.

• Support Director of Product Performance as needed.

Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.

• The Senior SAP Coordinator, R&D supports formula-change coordination, R&D data management, and the migration of formula and raw-material documentation to the platform.
• The role tracks progress across formula-change activities, manages incoming samples, supports sensory evaluations, and facilitates The Senior SAP Coordinator, R&D supports formula-change coordination, R&D data management, and the migration of formula and raw-material documentation to the platform.
• The role tracks progress across formula-change activities, manages incoming samples, supports sensory evaluations, and facilitates communication among Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience.
• Communicate formula changes across the organization and provide updates on the status of R&D work associated with formula changes.
• Work with Data Management to organize and maintain formula-change information and help determine whether R&D activities are on track.
• Serve as coordinator of activities in the PE team and formula
• Manage the receipt, tracking, organization, and distribution of incoming samples.
• Provide support to the Director of Product Performance.
• Serve as an interface between Data Management, Formulation, and the Product Experience team while helping keep on synchronized team activities for sourcing and innovation as needed.
• Work with raw-material suppliers to obtain the documentation required to migrate R&D data to the platform

Requirements:
