US Tech Solutions is seeking a Data Operations & R&D Data Management Manager to lead strategy, processes, and infrastructure for secure, scalable data use across the product lifecycle.

The role oversees data ingestion, governance, labeling, and readiness while partnering with R&D engineers, clinical teams, IT, and external vendors to accelerate AI/ML development and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in data management or data operations.
• Experience with clinical/imaging data preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata, cataloging, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a roadmap for modernizing the data ecosystem.
• Design data architecture, metadata standards, and common models.
• Collaborate with IT/Cloud and engineering to improve data infra.
• Oversee data ingestion, transfer, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and audit readiness for AI/ML.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external data partners.
