Job summary

The role collaborates with IT/Cloud, clinical teams, physicians, and external partners, ensuring secure, scalable data platforms for next-generation AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management/engineering.
• Experience managing large clinical, imaging, or time-series datasets.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, cataloging, and quality.
• Experience coordinating data transfers and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Knowledge of Azure/Databricks or comparable cloud platforms.
• Strong data privacy, security, compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• SQL and Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy, platform, and infrastructure for the EP R&D data ecosystem.
• Define roadmaps for modernizing data architecture, governance, and standards.
• Collaborate with IT/Cloud and engineering to enhance data infrastructure (Azure/Databricks).
