Job summary

HP Hood LLC in the United States is seeking a detail‑driven Data Management Associate to enter formulas, specifications, and process instructions into PLM and ENF systems, supporting R&D timelines and Hood product knowledge. With supervision you will update items, coordinate with scientists and engineers for approvals, and ensure data quality and adherence to internal standards.

0–3 years’ experience in data management or a related field is preferred; food industry familiarity and coding

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of Data Management/Documentation experience.
• Masters/Bachelors of Science/Engineering degree in Food Science or related field of study.
• Experience in food industry highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and accurately enters / updates formulas, ingredient and product specifications, process instructions in PLM system with information provided by Scientists/Engineers, Right the First Time.
• With supervision, communicate with internal approvers and suppliers to complete Ingredient Spec and Formula approvals
• Completes assigned tasks to create/obsolete items for PLM
• Completes assigned tasks in ENF
• Adhere to R&D Standard Operating Procedures and checklists.
• Travel required as needed for business; communicate with supervisor when not manageable.
