Northeastern Appliance Service is seeking a curious, creative, and analytical Research & Development Specialist to improve our technical knowledge, develop innovative solutions, and elevate the customer experience. Qualifications

• Degree or relevant coursework in engineering, business, marketing, psychology, design, technology or related field preferred.
• Experience in research, customer experience, creative development, or data analysis is a plus.
• Strong research, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Research Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances, technical specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Analyze service histories and recurring issues to identify patterns and solutions.
• Develop technical resources and improve diagnostic procedures.
• Organize research into practical tools that improve service quality and efficiency.
• Research and develop creative ways to elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Design thoughtful, personalized experiences that create lasting memories for customers.
• Identify opportunities to exceed expectations through small details and innovative service concepts.
• Study customer feedback and service trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop initiatives that differentiate Northeastern Appliance Service and strengthen customer loyalty.
