Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; STEM field preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab and pilot-scale hard coat and dip-coating processes.
• Document experimental results and maintain traceability of activities.
• Support development and optimization of coating processes.
