Job summary

The Wound Closure & R&D Organization in Raritan, NJ is recruiting an R&D LCM Co-op. You will work in a cross-functional MedTech team developing sutures, hemostasis products, and surgical devices with hands-on lab work and PLM duties.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a technical degree, available full-time, with hands-on SolidWorks and Minitab experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential for VOC labs and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university during the co-op session.
• Pursuing a relevant technical degree and be beyond freshman year.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the Co-op session.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on lab work in a chemistry or engineering setting.
• Develop test methods and fixtures; perform studies.
• Manage Product Lifecycle for medical devices, including design control.
• Write test protocols and final reports with thorough documentation.
• Create models and drawings in SolidWorks; analyze data with Minitab.
• Collaborate with engineers and suppliers; participate in VOC labs.
