Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is recruiting for a Wound Closure & Healing (WC&H) or Biosurgery Engineering Co-Op, located in Raritan, NJ. You will support NPD, process development, equipment design, and product changes while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers hands-on engineering experience, mentoring, housing assistance, and exposure to multiple manufacturing processes; candidates must be enrolled in an accredited program and legally eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Completion of at least a first year of undergraduate program.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
• Organize and submit process development samples for testing.
• Collect, analyze, and report process data.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to support key projects.
• Lead small technical projects and process changes.
• Support local community through the Credo inspired events and activities.
