Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Research & Development Co-op in Interventional Oncology to assist in the design of innovative drug delivery devices and enabling technologies. You will work with engineers, scientists, and clinicians to prototype, test, and analyze data for next-generation cancer therapies.

Responsibilities include supporting 1–2 trial teams, using CAD tools like SolidWorks, and delivering technical documentation and presentations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BE/BS in engineering or design fields is required.
• A master's degree (MEng, MS) is preferred.
• Experience in teamwork, collaboration, and building relationships to enable project work.
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Support device design across 1–2 clinical trial or device development teams.
• Apply CAD tools, simulations, and engineering principles to solutions.
• Assist with design verification and design validation activities.
• Contribute to documentation, data analysis, and technical reporting.
• Deliver oral and written presentations to project teams.
