Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Lexington team seeks a motivated intern/co-op to join the oncology drug-device convergence program. You will work with engineers and scientists on design, prototyping, and testing of delivery systems from concept through scale-up.

You will gain experience in lab work, data analysis with Python/ MATLAB/ R, and collaboration across disciplines in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role is based in Lexington, MA, with no visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory environment.
• Basic wet lab skills (sample dilutions, aseptic procedure).
• Experience with Python, R or MATLAB for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype drug-device combination and delivery systems.
• Conduct hands-on laboratory testing to evaluate prototypes.
• Collaborate with scientists to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports.
• Support preclinical activities through hands-on manufacture and characterization.
• Use MATLAB, R, Python to analyze data and ensure data quality.
