Job summary

Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA is seeking a CNC Machinist/ Programmer to join the R&D machine shop. You will program, set up, and operate the Hurco CNC mills and lathes, inspect parts, fabricate tooling, and help maintain shop records.

The role emphasizes accurate machining, safety, and the ability to teach fundamentals when needed. On-site work in a collaborative environment supports on-time delivery and prototype quality goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year tool diploma or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years programming for CNC turning and/or machining centers.
• Experience with Hurco CNC machines is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Hurco TM6i and VM5i machines.
• Inspect own work with height stands, micrometers, calipers and indicators.
• Grind and fabricate specialty tooling as needed.
• Sharpen tools and help troubleshoot machines.
• Teach basic machine operation and programming when requested.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in the CNC area.
• Keep records of parts machined and machine maintenance.
