Candidates should have strong experience with CNC equipment, blueprint interpretation, and metrology, and be comfortable collaborating with engineers and project managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating machining systems (CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, Waterjet, Wire EDM).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Familiarity with basic metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators).
• Strong documentation and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a solutions-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program machining equipment per project specs.
• Prep, program, and set up equipment to exact requirements.
• Support engineers and project managers in planning and estimating effort.
• Assemble tools, fixtures, and enhancements for projects.
• Maintain records of project work and test results.
• Follow 5S and safety programs; maintain clean work area.
• Meet project schedules and customer expectations.
