Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to maintain and set up precision components for R&D and production. You will program, adjust, and operate lathes and mills to meet exact tolerances, inspect outputs, and support fixtures and test stands in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in tool room/prototype machining, strong blueprints skills, and a disciplined approach to quality and safety in a noise-heavy shop.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of tool room and prototype machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform prototype, short run machining, finishing, and deburring of hydraulic components with tight tolerances (±0.0003”).
• Provide support machining for fixtures and test stands.
• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce close tolerance components as directed.
• Inspect parts and materials for conformance to drawings.
• Prepare materials for machining and select appropriate tools.
• Maintain efficient and accurate machine setup and operation.
• Follow engineer parameters and company quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
