You will design and execute experiments, analyze results, and contribute to strategic product development across global customers and production sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial R&D laboratory
• Ability to design experiments and analyze data
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (REACH, GHS)
• Experience in scale-up and tech transfer
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to develop new formulations, materials or processes
• Analyze, interpret and document experimental results
• Evaluate performance, stability and feasibility of new products
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial teams
• Prepare technical reports, product specs and safety documentation
• Support customer trials, audits or supplier engagements
