Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a highly skilled R&D Chemist to develop innovative formulations and materials. You will design laboratory experiments, analyze outcomes, and assess performance, stability, and feasibility of new products for electronics applications.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Commercial teams, drive scale‑up activities, and prepare technical reports and safety documentation to support product launches globally.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or closely related discipline.
• Experience with wet chemical formulation and multi‑component systems.
• Familiarity with PCB chemical processes and material characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct lab experiments to develop new formulations and materials.
• Analyze data, interpret results, document findings and evaluate feasibility.
• Support scale‑up, technology transfer, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
