Qualifications

• Experience in R&D laboratory environments.
• DOE and statistical analysis software experience (e.g., Minitab).
• General electrochemistry or materials science knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior R&D scientists in new product development and process improvement.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments to develop new formulations and processes.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation and perform routine analyses (titration, pH, X-ray, optical microscopy, cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry).
• Analyze, interpret and document experimental results with high data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize new products.
