Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry or Materials Science; laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience in electrochemistry or electroplating is advantageous.
• Ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments with data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior R&D scientists in new product development and process improvements.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments to develop formulations and processes.
• Operate lab instruments and perform routine analyses (titration, pH, X-ray, microscopy).
• Analyze, interpret and document results with high data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize new products.
