Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences seeks a Research & Development Associate Scientist I in Lebanon, NJ. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, focusing on CCIT program analysis and data oversight.

Responsibilities include reviewing testing results, maintaining CCIT documentation, calibrating equipment, and supporting the QA process. A degree in engineering/physics is preferred, and Pace values teamwork and precision.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's in Engineering or Physics; Pace is prepared to train qualified applicants.
• Understanding of standard testing tools, instruments, and calibration.
• Computer applications and systems related to the work.
• Principles and practices to serving as an effective project team member.
• Methods to communicate with staff, coworkers, and customers to ensure safe, effective operations.
• Correct business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes CCIT data to identify trends; presents results, proposals, and recommendations to management.
• Provides fundamental analysis in support of standard testing materials utilizing standard CCIT instrumentation; follows SOPs.
• Overseeing or reviewing, completing, and processing various CCIT forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Ensures accuracy of tests, equipment, and data through audits and reviews; resolves discrepancies with the team.
• Cleans, maintains, prepares, and calibrates equipment, samples, and related areas.
• Interprets and applies policies; assists with laws and regulations as needed.
• Supports department service efficiency; participates as an active team member.
• Promotes Pace Analytical mission with courteous, cooperative behavior in the workplace.
