Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences is seeking a Research & Development Associate Scientist 1 for our Lebanon, NJ site. This full-time onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a pay range of $23.00–$26.00 per hour.

The position focuses on Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT), performing analysis, reviewing results, and maintaining instrumentation while following SOPs and regulatory guidelines. A related degree and hands-on lab experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's in Engineering or Physics or related field.
• Ability to work in a lab and office setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to be trained in CCIT processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform CCIT testing using standard instrumentation.
• Review and document testing results.
• Maintain and calibrate CCIT equipment.
• Participate in data trend analysis and reporting.
