Job summary

Pace® Life Sciences is seeking a full-time onsite Research & Development Associate Scientist I in Lebanon, NJ, to perform and oversee Container Closure Integrity Testing analysis using standard CCIT instrumentation.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering or Physics, strong documentation, and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or BS in Engineering/Physics or equivalent.
Knowledge of CCIT testing tools and calibration.
Proficiency with computer applications and data systems.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to follow SOPs and document results clearly.

Responsibilities

Perform foundational CCIT testing using standard instrumentation.
Review and document testing results.
Maintain CCIT forms, databases and related materials.
Analyze data to identify trends and report to management.
Ensure accuracy through audits and resolve discrepancies.
Calibrate equipment and prepare samples.
Adhere to policies, laws, and safety regulations.
Contribute to team efficiency and product quality.
Support Pace Analytical mission and customer service.
