Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences is seeking an on-site Research & Development Associate Scientist I in Lebanon, NJ, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The role provides fundamental CCIT analysis and documentation support in a fast-paced lab environment. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree (Bachelor's in Engineering or Physics preferred) and demonstrates strong SOP compliance, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics or equivalent combination.
• Familiar with CCIT analysis and testing procedures.
• Ability to document and report testing results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide or oversee CCIT analysis and administration.
• Review, analyze, interpret, and document testing results.
• Oversee CCIT forms, documents, databases and related information.
• Identify trends and present recommendations to management.
• Ensure QA in testing processes; audit equipment and data.
