Pace Analytical Life Sciences is seeking a full-time Research & Development Associate Scientist I for an onsite role in Lebanon, NJ. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, offering $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.

The candidate will perform and oversee CCIT analysis, document results, calibrate equipment, and ensure QA across testing programs. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in engineering/physics or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor’s in engineering/physics or related field.
• Understanding of standard testing tools, instruments, and calibration.
• Experience or training in CCIT or related instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide or oversee CCIT analysis and testing per SOPs.
• Review, analyze, and document CCIT results.
• Maintain and calibrate CCIT equipment and databases.
• Identify trends and present results with recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy of tests and QA documentation.
