Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive major capital programs for R&D in Burlington, MA, including building a pilot plant and a product development lab. This contract role interfaces with Strategy, Engineering, and other Business Units to maintain schedules and drive project updates during construction.

The ideal candidate will bring a engineering background, capital project experience in Supply Chain, and comfort with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in developing and executing capital projects within Supply Chain.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of high-speed filling and packaging technologies is ideal.
• Experience managing and executing project budgets.
• Knowledge of SAP, Eskers, and MS Project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of major capital programs for R&D in Burlington, MA.
• Build a pilot plant and a product development lab as part of capital projects.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Engineering, and other Business Units; partner with R&D leadership to drive updates and schedules.
