Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive major capital programs for R&D in Burlington, MA, including building a pilot plant and a product development lab. This contract role interfaces with Strategy, Engineering, and other Business Units to maintain schedules and drive project updates during construction.

The ideal candidate will bring a engineering background, capital project experience in Supply Chain, and comfort with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in developing and executing capital projects within Supply Chain.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of high-speed filling and packaging technologies is ideal.
• Experience managing and executing project budgets.
• Knowledge of SAP, Eskers, and MS Project is preferred.

My name is Kim Kilgrow and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a staffing firm and are currently seeking an Engineering Program Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position will be located in Burlington, MA 01803.

Job Details:

• Pay: $60-75/hr
• 8+ month assignment
• Monday – Friday (Standard 1st Shift)
• This Engineering Program Manager position will be to drive the development and execution of major capital programs in place for R&D in Burlington, MA: building a pilot plant and a product development lab.
• This role interacts with individuals from Strategy, Engineering, and other key Business Units within the Supply Chain, and will partner closely with R&D leadership to drive updates, schedules, and ensure business continuity is maintained during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields preferred.
• PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in developing and executing capital projects within Supply Chain.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage or Client (Consumer Package Goods) industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of high-speed filling and packaging technologies is ideal.
• Experience managing and executing project budgets.
• Knowledge and/or prior experience with SAP, Eskers, & MS Project is preferred.
