Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration across levels with customers, vendors and operations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Leadership with urgency and accountability in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, cost estimates and schedule for capital projects.
• Oversee capital project implementation and vendor management.
• Define customer and stakeholder needs and ensure clear cross-functional deliverables.
• Resolve issues to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Ensure projects comply with budget, regulatory standards, safety and company policies.
• Support the Lead Project Manager on capital projects.
