Job summary

Dow is seeking Interns, Undergraduates and Masters Scientists and Engineers for opportunities in Research and Development across North America. Interns will support one or two projects in R&D, partnering with research scientists to drive projects to completion and work with collaborative project teams on problem solving across product and process research.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in relevant STEM programs, can work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and are at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support one or two R&D projects and partner with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to solve chemical- and material-related problems through fundamental and applied research.
• Contribute to product research, process research, and application development.
